The staff were both incredibly attentive and top-class. The location was beautiful and lovely, short walk to the Tulum ruins, restaurant and Riviera Maya. Zona Hotelera district was worth staying in.

We liked the room, it was a nice size by the water. The location was best possible and exceptionally nice - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

The staff at La Zebra Boutique Hotel are incredibly helpful, well-trained, and genuinely care about the guests. the location is superb, right on the beach with large daybeds in a very comfortable area. Don't miss out on visiting nearby Nekhtar for the best coffee ever.

Room was super clean and looked like it had just been done up - the bed was so comfy, I couldn't get enough of it 😊. the spot couldn't have been better, with everything close by - beaches, restaurants, bars, and Rosa Negra.

The rooms were brand new, beautifully decorated, and had a great view, balcony, and amazing bathroom.

I had an incredible stay at a beachfront ground floor room with a plunge pool. The hotel has an amazing new pool on the 2nd floor, which is usually empty and perfect for swimming laps. The restaurant offers top-notch drinks and service, and most of the menu items are excellent. The staff, especially Ricardo, were kind and friendly, and the manager apologized for any issues we had. The property is meticulously clean, with constant cleaning and maintenance. The beds and cushions on the beach were cleaned multiple times a day. The room was spotless, smelled good, and felt clean. The beach is fantastic, and the beach bar serves special cocktails. The food at the restaurant is delicious, especially the chicken salad and fish. The staff is attentive and on top of everything. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tulum.

Heated plunge pool for late-day enjoyment.

The hotel was vibrant. the staff was the best. - Appreciated having a mini-bar, climate control, and an individual safe in the room. - the breakfast was great, with lots of goodies. - the location in Tulum was lovely and beautiful. - Right by South Tulum, the beach at La Zebra for the day, and restaurant and excursions. - Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Taqueria la Eufemia. - Had such a wonderful time at this venue and would stay here again.

Loved this hotel, had 2 peaceful days here. Stayed in luxury suite with shower, the patio, and a comfy king bed. 3. the location was perfect and excellent, right by the beachside restaurant and all the most desired restaurants, shops, cafes, bars. 4. Nearby Nekhtar offered tea and coffee, which was a cool bonus.

The rooms here are a good size and have everything you need on the second floor. the location couldn't be better, and the staff are great at helping out with anything you need. It's like being in a super cozy spot 😊.

The restaurant food was exceptional, with delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The prices were reasonable compared to nearby hotels. The staff went above and beyond to help us with every request. The AC was very cold and not noisy, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location down the beach road was less chaotic and offered a more peaceful experience. one of the best hotel experiences of my life.
